Very compact ,efficient , and effective.

I work long hours and needed a workout I can do in about 30 mins plus I wanted something I can move around myself, or move out of site. I really like this stepper because its light weight and you only have to put the nob in and turn to adjust the height of the pedals, but remember turning to much to the right will be a harder work out. So for me who is a beginner turn a few times was good for me, but you can adjust it to match your needs. Then attach your resistance bands and your done, now all you have to do is turn it on. It has settings that count your steps, time, and calories. So I did try it and it works great, I didn't use the resistance bands yet, I will start using them next week. With my music on taking my time because you will fill it in your legs and you don't want to hurt yourself so no rush. And it came with the small black mat that you see it on in the pictures. I hope you try it out and set a goal, my is to step 3 days a week for one month. Hope this review helps. Oh and I stored it right under my bed, easy to slide with the mat.

EDIT 2/2/24– I have just gotten a 3rd replacement, and it’s the best stepper I have used. I don’t know what was wrong with the last 2 but there was NO tension. This 3rd one feels like an actual stepper. With the last one I would do 20 minutes and not feel winded. With this new one after 3 minutes my THIGHS are BURNING and I never knew the last one wasn’t working until I had this one that was working. Thank you for the replacement. Please send advice though on how often to lube… I absolutely have to make sure this stays in tip top condition EDIT 1/24/24– so weird I fixed my review last night and then this happened today. Attaching a picture. This is SO frustrating and exactly happened to the one I sent in for a replacement. What am I doing wrong besides wasting my money????? I’m well under the weight limit… wtf????? EDIT 1/23/24– The twisty thing to adjust the height of the petals changes it by mere centimeters. It makes the steps a little harder to push down when using, which is good and makes you feel like you get a better work out. It’s just so noisy. I’ve adjusted and oiled (btw the first one I returned didn’t come with any oil) but it doesn’t tell you in the instructions how to maintain care. It gets the job done, but in a few months I’ll spend the extra $50 and get something more sturdy. MI had to have a replacement sent because the first one I had, after 3 days of use one of the rubber nubs fell off that kept the step from hitting the bar. The squeaking was unbearable. I just opened my replacement and the freaking screen doesn’t work. Which isn’t the biggest deal, I wear my watch which is more accurate anyways. Still besides the point for the price of this thing. I pray this second one atleast works better and doesn’t fall apart. When it does work it leaves you feeling sore but the good kind of sore. It really is a good work out.

I bought this to get in more steps while i stayed home. Not every day is a good day to go walk specially with this heat.!so no more excuses to not hit my daily steps. Overall It's a great device, syper easy to use. My kids also love it, they are super competitive so they get a good work out before bed time. feels like it gives a better workout than the treadmill. Adjustable height provides a good variety of difficulties so that's a plus because I have kids of different ages (yes everybody uses the stepper on this house). We really break a sweat while using it and Based on my own calculations(meaning my watch ), calorie and steps tracking seems to be accurate. Easy to put away in the closet. Great value for my money.

Have this stepper for a little over 20 days and been using it every day between 20-20 minutes. The Stepper gives a good workout, the resistance is great and isn't hard on the joints. I do find that after going 10 minutes it starts to make an annoying grinding noise. The resistance bands are also a bit too long/flimsy in my opinion. Otherwise a good piece of equipment, easy storage, light weight and no setup required.

To the manufacturer : I hope you rethink this design a little before you come out with another model. Combining a high weight limit with pedals/foot pads so close together is very foolish if you use a little empathy and critical thinking combined. Someone with Thighs big and round enough to order it in this weight limit cannot use this without literally blistering their thighs because the pedals/foot pads are way too close together. A little imagination and common sense are needed to improve this product. To other consumers: please learn from my troubles. These pedals are too close together. I hurt my thighs trying to use it the way I see little tiny women well under the weight limit use it on TikTok. If you e ever been to the gym you know these pedals are too close together compared to the commercial standard in the US, let alone specially made for higher weight limits. If you already bought it and would rather light your own hair on fire than go stand in line to give this to a kohls employee to make a return after driving to the mall, I tried so many ways to use this and you might like the options I tried. Prop it up at an angle while you sit in a chair and pedal. I have a desk with a little ledge on the bottom and I use it during camera off remote work training. ^ That is it, you can’t really use it as intended unless you’re already skinny.

Best for beginners or people who can't leave house for a walk.

Simple to use. I have mobility problems and I am trying to strengthen my knees to reduce falls. I use it 2 or 3 times a day (except on my worst days) for about 2 minutes each time. Because of my mobility problems I use a quad walking stick each side of me so I don't lose my balance but most people wouldn't need to do that. It is ideal for me and it proves that many people can find something on the market suitable for them.
