I am traditionally not a very good sleeper, but it has become extra problematic in my menopausal years. With menopause has come achy joints and insomnia and while I won't take this regularly because you shouldn't, I have been using it intermittently and I've gotten a great night's sleep and I am not groggy in the morning, and I am susceptible to being groggy from most things that help me sleep!
