An excellent surgical support.
An excellent product, just right to aid post-op recovery. I'm tall, 38" waist and the Large size fits well. Provides good support, holds dressings in place and is comfortable to wear under boxers. You'll need at least a couple of them so they can be washed and dried.

Very small cup. Not suitable for men with normally sized (or large) testicles.

They do the job
I wanted to try a large to see if they had any advantage over the medium but they are the same, just pull the strap a little tighter and you will feel supported.

If you have painful varicocele this item may help with the pain.......So far impressed.
