Square cut out of scoby instead of a naturally grown round scoby
I wasn’t impressed to receive this product. It’s obvious that the scoby wasn’t grown naturally in a shape of a square. It was a cutout from a larger piece. The cutting damages the culture and can cause a development of diseases in a scoby. I wouldn’t buy this product again.
