How many milligrams per drop?

.7 ml is a serving size which looks to be 25-30 drops according to the label. By the way I put it in tonic water with cranberry juice

How much quinine in 25 drops please

1 full squeeze of the dropper equals 25-30 drops, which is approximately 0.7 ml of the ingredient mixture.

How many mg of quinine in each 7ml serving?

There is 680mg of Wildcrafted Cinchona Dried Bark in every 7ml serving, 30 drops, or a full dropperful.

680 mg serving size. How many mg of actual quinine in this 680mg of extract?

The bottle does not State how many milligrams of quinine are in the extract. I have been using this for about 6 months now that works really well for my muscle cramps. I no longer have to drink tonic water to get the quinine so I cut out the calories and the sugar.
