Barefoot Rooted Comfortable Big Toe Box Gym, Cross Training, Walking Shoes for Men

The product is really good for its price, that too coming from an Indian manufacturer. I have used barefoot style shoes extensively since 2013 -- 2 Merrell shoes with Vibram sole (Very good sole performance, grip wise) , 1 Azani; an Indian copy with very poor sole performance (grip) when even slightly wet or touches water. And now I have a Vibram Five Finger, super comfortable and really barefoot style with amazing sole performance, even when it is just 2-4 mm. But this one is really good with fit and comfort, even though it has thinck sole and heavy insole. Shoe is much heavier than all other barefoot style shoes I have used and weight balance is shifted towards front. Even though it is not technically a barefoot type in terms of foot perception, wide toe-box and minimal heel-to-toe drop makes it really comfortable. Also treads and sole is really good and gives feeling of secure grip. Easy to put on and the design is just right with proper sizing compared to normal shoe size, with the band over tongue giving a secure fit. I have not really tried running on this, but think that due to the good elastic band over the tongue, it will not come out. Personally insole thickness and weight of shoe makes my feet ache sometimes, but I cannot complain as this is the best shoe I have found yet for my need given the prize (got it at ₹895) and the usage (I can wear it to office without anyone noticing, well almost). The finger/toe like design marking is unnecessary and makes it a more noticeable than necessary (not that I am complaining, as I have worn Vibram Five Fingers to office on purpose to start a discussion on barefoot style shoes and foot health that is damaged big time by stupidly indoctrinating people that high-heeled, cramped-toe shoes are really good for running and walking). So, I am not complaining about fashion and comfort of this shoe, but instead appreciate about the healthy aveneue it provides for maintaining better foot health at such affordable cost. Also thicker sole gives more protection from shoe getting wet even with little water on road (as happens with VFF). I bought one for my teenage son too to give him an option to improve his foot health.

I gifted these shoes to my brother who wears it to the gym and he really likes these shoes. Very good to wear if you want a barefoot feeling while doing deadlifts or squats. Wide-toed so very comfortable and with a good grip. Quite lightweight and flexible too. A very good option as normal walking shoes as well.

I've had these shoes for two years now, and I'm still going strong! I've worn them daily for my walks, and they look almost new after regular washes (see pictures). The quality of the shoe is exceptional, and I've been impressed with their durability. However, I do have one suggestion for improvement: the insole quality could be better. After two years of use, I've noticed some wear and tear on the insoles. Despite this, I'd still recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a comfortable and durable pair for daily wear. The pros definitely outweigh the cons! *Pros:* Durable, comfortable, looks great even after 2 years *Cons:* Insole quality could be improved *Recommendation:* Worth the purchase, but consider replacing insoles after a year or two for optimal comfort.

I'm a 66yrs old lady. After reading the reviews, I ordered for 1 pair. Its excellent and comfortable to walk. By now I have 3 pairs more of different color. Also purchased 1 for my worker fellow. He is happy. Men and women can use this, specially elders. Very comfortable to walk.

The shoes give a good grip , they are comfortable as well for walking and some light activity ,they are light and thin shoes My only major issue is the colour I wanted doesn't exist and the displayed blue is false , I even returned one pair as the blue is wrong and I genuinely wanted the light blue shoes as they are displayed . The seller should put the right picture of the blue so people know what they are going to get

I saw my brother wear barefoots in the US and working out in the gym, he asked me to try it out once, others in Amazon were to costly like andune and with the cost of vibram I can buy a basic laptop...LOL ..felt so unjustified like 20k for a few inches of canvas and feet shaped soles should be a joke. Then my eyes fell on these, thought to try it out as it's just 800 bucks and would be a great try out pair so that I could decide whether to buy the big boys or not, but I was wrong , here are the pros and cons- Pros 1. Sleek design 2. Pure barefoot feeling, you will feel like you are wearing a thick socks with even thicker sole 3. Grip is good for all aerobic exercises, I used it for sprints, it's a whole different experience. 4. Very affordable for the premium quality 5. Feels very durable, stitches and glues are on par 6. No socks needed 7. No rashes faced even with rigorous workouts ( grappling) 8. Sole is thick, insides not coming off while removing Cons 1. Not a great brand, ajanta is pretty old with no marketing of its products I would recommend it highly to whoever who wants a barefoot experience at an affordable price rather than going for expensive ones, believe be you won't look at shoes the same way again after using barefoot shoes..cheers

Nice shoes. So far it has been nearly 2 weeks since I started using this and it feels nice. It wraps around your feet snugly and you can walk comfortably with it. However it is a bit tight so make sure to order a +1 size.

Even though there are few minor issues with the shoe not removing any stars Pros: 1. Affordable option compared to the market (especially if you're middle class) 2. Wide on the front side, means toes don't get crushed together and cause issues in the long run 3. Comparatively thin sole means it helps to walk/run naturally and also reduces overpronation/underpronation issues. 4. Easy to clean Cons: (These are minor and shouldn't stop you from buying) 1. The lip of shoe causes minor irritation to the leg 2. The material (cloth and sole) couldn't be improved. 3. Slightly lose when you run (no way to tighten) What I want to see in future, more money spent on RnD 1. To improve the cloth material (more breathable and long lasting) 2. Improve sole design and material (#1 & #2 means spending on material research) 3. Look at brands like vibram and see how you can improve your shoes (hire engineers who've more experience) 4. Add a zip at the top where the lip is, so as to tighten only during running 5. Please keep the price affordable 6. Try to be a global brand like vibram, nike, etc
