Chair is awesome
I'd been using one of those cheap racing style game chairs for a little over a year. The leather would stick to my skin, there was almost no cushion so I'd shift around a lot and it just kind of sucked. This chair, so much better, breathes great cause the mesh, enough support but give to be comfortable. All the adjustment points make it easy to shift things until you find a comfortable position. Chair is so comfortable I can sit in it correctly for hours unlike the other chair where I had to keep moving back and forth, crossing my legs, moving my leg to sit on it and reclining it so I could lean forward and not fully use the chair. This one, I can set it so I can let the recline tension hold my back without issue of it pressing hard into me or letting me fall because it was to soft.

Amazing.... but not $600 worth of amazing
Good: - Comfortable - Easy to set up. (Took me about 15 minutes) - Lumbar Support - Leg Recliner Cons: - Cheap plastic parts. - Arm rests are not comfortable and are too flimsy. - Head rest doesn't like to say in place. - Seat controls have unecessary pinch points. -Not Worth the $600 I paid for at the time of purchase I'd give this chair a 8/10 It just has a high price point and flimsy plasticaly arm rests, knowing how much I paid for this that leaves a really sour taste in my mouth. However it is comfortable and my back thanks me every time I sit in it.

Best office chair I have owned
First impression was the outstanding packaging of the chair. This is by far the most thoughtful and user friendly packaging and still provides maximum protection for the journey from manufacturer to the customer. Next was the ease of assembly, and calling it assembly might be a stretch. It took less than ten minutes from box opening to sitting in a completed chair. The process was very straightforward and well documented. With just a few minor adjustments to the headrest and seat back height, this chair quickly became all that I had hoped it would be and is far more comfortable than any other chair I have owned or considered buying.

Too much lumbar is a bad thing!!
I bought this and a few other chairs, used this one for two weeks, and by far this one is the most firm both on the seat and back sections that I've tested. The other issue is that the lumbar is extremely aggressive which for me was a killer for this one. I'm 6'4" 34" inseam 205 lbs FYI. There is limited range on the horizontal adjustment for the head rest, I think the head rest is only really used for a full recline to take a nap at lunch or something, if I'm going to do that I'll go to the couch lol. Thus while the foot rest is cool feature, and worked for a me at 6'4", its really going to be one of those things you show off to your friends, I'm not going to use it much. Construction is very solid it feels more expensive than what it is for sure but for someone who sits in their chair 5 to 7 hours a day way to hard for me. I returned it and will keep moving forward on my office chair journey

Functionality and adjustability.
As a 6'4 275lbs man, this chair was worth it. With limited seating arrangements, I spend most of my time in this chair for work.

Lasted Less than One Year
This chair lasted less than a year before the backrest stops broke off. They are small, plastic tabs on the bottom of the backrest that contact the arms to prevent the back from flying back. After reaching out to Hinomi to honor their 5-10 year warranty (depending on the part of the chair), I was told I have to wait two months (or more) for a replacement backrest to this chair. Terrible customer service, and a chair that isn't worth it because it isn't durable. At the $600 price tag, I would expect something that lasts much longer.

Next level superb.
I'm very happy with this chair. I looked and tried quite a few. I'm spending 22 bucks to upgrade the wheels. (The 2" Hirate ball casters)

Your Back Thanks You (so does your cat)
An absolutely certain ergonomic upgrade from my Maxnomic Gaming Chair that graciously contributed to the demise of the discs in my lower back. For the price I anticipated zero squeaks, squawks, and plastic crackles. There are few of those, but there are some. The sit is pleasant and well supported, and there’s hours of adjustability in the chair. Unfortunate that when I’m lounging in my chair with the leg rest extended and the backrest coddling my aching back I’m met with the occasional “screeeekk” The shipping is impressive and the chair comes in a cool bag for regifting stuff. Also, your cat or small child will like the box. TLDR - -1 star for sounding like a $200 office chair from Office Depot sometimes. Otherwise, awesome.
