Very healthy plant!
Beautiful plant! Arrived quickly in pristine condition. It does come with the little white/beige planter shown in picture, but actual plant was in a typical black nursery pot. I initially thought the plant was too root bound for the pot. But upon further reading, I found out that ponytail palms donโt mind being root bound. Especially if you donโt want them growing bigger. They grow bigger in a bigger pot. Just donโt overwater! Very pleased with this seller.

Beautiful plant!
OUTSTANDING! I buy a lot of plants online and you never know what you're going to get. This plant was well packaged with heat packs, very healthy and large. Exactly what I was looking for! Costa Farms will get my repeat business.

Unhealthy plant
This palm was $30 & is yellow from lack of nitrogen. No wonder returns arenโt accepted. I purchased it as a gift; not in good enough shape to give. The photo on the left is the one I just received. The photo on the right is one Iโve had, & how a Beaucarnea recurvata is supposed to look. I realize it needs cactus fertilizer, but for $30, it should be healthier. Very disappointed.

Trust Costa Farms
Having never ordered a plant online before I was a little nervous, however, Costa Farms Ponytail Palm was packaged so well that it came to me looking exactly like it was pictured. My palm is healthy almost 10 days later and I believe it will look beautiful for years to come. I would definitely order from Costa Farms again.

100% Happy, Canโt wait to build my plant empire.
Once again, my plants arrived quickly, safely, healthy and just as advertised. Iโve ordered 3 large live plants now, and all has been perfect. Will DEFINITELY order more. I have no idea why the ratings seem pretty low. So glad I took the chance!

Terrible shipping, good plant.
Really banged up in shipping, lots of broken stems. Good otherwise.

Looks real

Pretty, BUT ...
Onboxed my Cat Palm (3-4 foot size) and was extremely happy! Looked exactly how I hoped, lush, green, full, and tall. However, upon closer inspection (and some searching) it seems to have some infestation. I looked for a way to contact the company, but didn't see the usual link. I will quarantine it from my other plants and hope I can kill whatever it came in with without harming the plant. Any suggestions are welcome...
