The unit is very good however having asked there is no book on how to get the best out of it.we are told to do what you want .having paid a lot of money we did expectsome instructions on the best use and what instructions to give the machine from the supplerHaving looked on line there are no books on this subject . A little disappointed.

I had been looking for this kind of product for ages and finally made my decision buying this item. To be honest, I have to say this was the best item I have purchased from Amazon.I bought a used item as the price was significantly lower than a new one, but I was surprised by its condition. I could not noticed any signs indicating it was used or damaged. It worked perfectly with a remote control and it was very easy to be used too.Whole family enjoy ‘having a shake’ with it every day since we bought it. I usually selected the auto mode which lasted about 15 minutes. The vibration began gently and progressively became aggressively. Quite relaxing 😌 after 15 ‘shaking’.Tip: don’t use it when you are full, the vibration might make you feel sick, approx 1 hour after meal would be appropriate.

Bought this product to try and loose weight. Simple and effective to use

I have been using this for 3 weeks now and I am slowly seeing results.

I chose this product after reading some good reviews and a few not so good. However so far it's really nice.It has very good rubber feet which hold it very securely on a tiled floor and a small rolling bar underneath which allows it to be wheeled along as it is a bit heavy to carry. It is equally as powerful as the vibration plate in my gym and has 20 speed levels even though I prefer to use it at moderate speeds (around 10).All in all I love my vibration plate and will highly recommend it.
