Great chair for long hours behind a computer.
This chair deserves a five star review. I'm between 300 and 350lb, and this is definitely the best computer chair I've ever owned. It reclines, it has fully adjustable armrests, it's comfortable and it's very stylish. It makes me feel like the captain of a starship when I'm behind my computer for video editing. I know I'll be able to spend long hours in this chair and remain comfortable due to the armrests and the two pillows. The "spider" that holds the wheels is metal construction, the hinges are metal construction, and all the important parts are metal construction. Even if you're not big/tall, I think this would be a great chair if you spend lots of time behind the computer. It was easy to put together and I am actually looking forward to sitting in this thing for long periods of time. When's the last time you could say that about a computer chair? If you want pads for the armrests, I think that would be an easy thing to buy aftermarket, and because of the design of the armrests there would be a place to attach them with either a Velcro or elastic strap both on the front and the back. Get this chair, ignore any reviews that aren't stellar, you won't be disappointed with this thing. I would have easily paid $200 for this and still felt I got a deal.

Very comfortable and large
I'm a big person and this chair fits the bill. Doesn't dig into my sides. Doesn't squeak after months of use. I sit for 8 to 12 hours a day. I do get to throughout the day for various things but have sat in this for 4 hours straight without issue. Only downside so far is the pillows while comfortable have become a bit squished. But they do provide added cushion feel to the lumbar. The seat has held up decent but I always wish memory foam held firmness better and this is no different. One wheel when came scratched due to delivery damage but Amazon gave me a partial credit instead of just exchanging the whole thing which I was ok with. I don't ever sweat in the chair. The larger hasn't worn out at all. The arms are very customizable which is awesome because I have a drawer under my desk and it can fit under that when it's open.

Great Big & Tall chair for the price
I wanted to give it a month before I reviewed the chair. Just wanted to start by saying, assembly took about 20-30 minutes, very easy and tools are provided. โข Comfort: The seat is very comfortable. The arms are very adjustable both height and width wise and the seat reclines back very far. 5/5 โข Durability: After a month of use with about 10-12 hours of sitting a day (I work from home and game with a break/exercise in between and without the hours) the seat is still comfy, not going flat. The chair is still sturdy and durable. I will say, I am on carpet and so I bought Rollerblade wheels to go with the chair, but I don't recommend because the weight distribution was not even and so the metal base started bending after rolling the chair around a lot getting up and down. but overall, this chair is still in nearly brand new condition and as a plus size girl with my level of usage, that is hard to find. so that right there gets a 5/5 โข Features: The features are so nice. The amount it reclines (although i'll never use it) the comfort of the arm adjustments, and overall seating and material is really nice. My cats don't want to scratch this chair either! 5/5 โข Overall: Overall I give this chair a 4/5 because nothing is perfect! The only thing I would change is me using the correct wheels it came with, we will see if changing the wheels back to the original will help. But I would also love to see different colors for the chair. But this is a solid chair for the price and worth the money if you are a bigger person looking for a chair that will hold up the extra weight.

Great chair
Love this chair I have had this for about 5 months now. Itโs super comfortable. It took my husband about 15 min to assemble it super easy. Itโs a great price. Few weeks ago I had some issues with one of the wheels. I contacted them they sent me out a new better set of wheels right way. Great chair for the value.

Sturdy and handsome gaming chair
Very sturdy and comfortable gaming chair. The cushion is a bit hard if you sit for too long but I added a gel pad and now itโs very comfortable. The base is made of steel and very heavy. Reclining is very easy and responsive and I like how the armrests can be positioned several different ways. Itโs a well made chair for a decent price and not too complicated to assemble.

I AM A BIG MAN update after 6 months!
My previous chair broke. It advertised 400 lb support and that was a bold lie. This chair SUPPORTS THE WEIGHT. Not only does it actually support the weight but it is comfortable and sleek and easy AF to put together... OH YEAH its a GREAT PRICE. Holy crap, wish i did this a year ago. UPDATE: It has been about six months. i weigh about 325 lbs and i dont particularly roll around or lean back. I dont know if it was a factory defect but after reading more reviews, the bas that holds the wheels is not as supportive as they would leave you to believe. One of my legs is BENT and if my weigh shifts to that side the whole chair tilts and loses balance. Otherwise this chair has been great but i am worried about the longevity of the support base.

Came broken, customer support number doesn't answer calls and the link to the website doesn't work
I was all excited about getting this chair but after the long assembly process, I discovered that the hydrologic wasn't engaging with the arm that is supposed to move it. No matter what I did I could not get the chair to raise up at all. I was determined to fix it though so I took it back apart and discovered this little blue broken piece rattling around in the base underneath. I put it back together to see if it would magically work just in case but no dice. I tried the chair at my desk to see if it would still work for me but it was way too short even though my desk isn't all that tall and my arm wasn't reaching anywhere near the armrest. I decided to try to contact their customer support but the phone number they have listed doesn't answer or even have a voicemail set up and the support website doesn't exist when I go to the link. This chair can't work for me if it's unable to raise up, I did lots of research and was really confident in this purchase but I was let down. I hate the idea of having to take apart everything and try my best to stuff it back into the box to return it but my options are limited. In a world where the chair was NOT broken, I would say that the armrests seem sturdy and the screws do seem to be strong. However, the bottom sinks me in a lot more than I would expect and I think I can feel the base all the way through the cushion. This is a really bad sign for day 1. On top of that the sides of the chair have lips that my legs sit on causing lots of discomfort. The back pillow likes to fall down a lot and really should have a strap to hold it and the headrest is a little short. The pillow always sits on my neck when I lean back despite how many times I try to adjust it higher. I think that this chair could be MUCH better and I would pay more money for it if the base was stronger, the cushion had thicker memory foam, they took out the annoying side wings in the cushion that hurt big legs, and the back pillow was bigger and with a strap. It's sad because all these improvements probably would cost only $10-20 for the company and improve their product so greatly that I wouldn't mind paying more for it and it would have glowing reviews. Just one of these flaws is enough to make the chair frustrating but all of them combined along with the fact that my chair refuses to higher is just sadly a dealbreaker and makes it not worth considering. I'll update this review if the company does reach out and solve the height issue, but I do question how the customer support is being that they are currently unreachable through Amazon.

Bigbacks Beware
The chair feels sturdy, even for a bigger person at 330 lbs. However, just three days after use, it started squeaking whenever you move in any direction (left, right, forward, or backward). Applying any pressure on the armrests causes them to twist or slide forward. The chair is black, yet it features white accents, carbon fiber armrests, red stitching, and, for some strange reason, the brand logo is in gold. The material does have a cooling aspect to it and offers decent back support. Assembly was easy as it uses most of the same sized screws for all the components. The footrest doesn't instill much confidence when being used. Overall I'll be keeping it as It's not worth the time or effort to take it apart and return it.

One month in, and the arm is broken
I've had this chair for just a little over a month, and while I like it quite a bit; I can't rate it high as the right arm just had a screw that was pre-put together come loose, and I cannot tighten it back into place without ripping the arm apart as its screwed in in a section that was put together pre-packaging. I also cannot find any way, whether on amazon or COLAMYs website, to order a replacement arm.
