Cooling Junkies Thermal pads/ Thermally conductive pads Industry grade Thermal conductivity of 5 W/mK 120x20x2 mm

Description

The new thermal pads by Cooling Junkies guarantee German high-quality standards and thermal conductivity. With a heat transfer of 5 W/mK they are among the top products in this field. Thanks to its soft consistency, the thermally conductive pads are tear-resistant and designed to fill the gaps perfectly. The German Industry uses these thermally conductive pads in different fields, e.g. for cooling LED modules. The Cooling Junkies thermal pad can be applied in all situations where thermal grease or paste fails.Inside the laptops for an optimum heat dissipation on RAM devices as well as GPU heat sinks. As thermal conductive pad for M2 SSD’s (improves the performance under high traffic) For better heat dissipation of RAM modulesParticularly suitable for high energy LED systemsMany manufacturers are using thermal conductive pads of standard quality for their components with a heat dissipation of 3 W/mK. With Cable Junkies thermal pads, you will get the most out of it by protecting them from overheating. Even sensitive LED modules will have a longer service life. The thermally conductive pads are available from 0,5 mm to 5 mm thickness and in dimensions of 15x15 mm, 30x30 mm, 50x50 mm, 120x20 mm and 100x100 mm.Technical details:Tensile Strength: 10 kgf/cm²Elongation: 40%Hardness: 10 +/- Shore AWorking Temperature: - 60 °C bis +200 °CDielectric Breakdown Voltage: > 2 kV/mmThermal conductivity: 5 W/mKInherent tack on both sides (NON-ADHESIVE)
