At first I loved this product, cleaned well and seemed great. Few months later it wouldn't fully charged another few months later it stopped working completely. Before a year was up, it died. Not sure why and not happy.

The rechargeable battery on my old Miracle Smile died after a few a 2 1/2 years. I would think it would last longer than that but I really like it so I bought 2 more when I saw the great price. I used the first one once. The next morning I heard a noise coming from the bathroom. The Miracle Smile kept randomly turning itself on off. It had sprayed water all over my bathroom sink emptying the remaining water from the reservoir. There was no way to stop this. Fortunately the battery finally went dead. So I unboxed the second one and charged it. Once it was charged I filled the reservoir and turned it on. It sounds like the pump is working but no water ever comes out. I tried reseating the floss head but that didn't help. I left it on for quite a while to see if it would finally start pumping but nothing ever came out. Needless to say they are both getting returned. It is a shame but it seems quality control is not very good. I see a lot of issues in the reviews. I guess I'll have to look for another brand.

This thing clears small stuff out of the teeth every day. Only issue I have is that there is a build up of water residue over a year's worth of use. I need an easier cleaning regimen for it.

It’s a great concept but it does not work consistently. It shuts on and off in the middle of you flossing your teeth but decided to work when I tried recording a video.

I expected a better product. It does not do as good a job as a waterpick, and it does not fit smoothly.

Works great for braces, helps keep them clean, it’s not super high powered where it hurts you mouth. We got it four months ago, still works great.

Had originally purchased several years ago, the stopper to the water tank had broken off, otherwise it worked fine. Recently decided to get a replacement, so purchased again. I ignored the comment that flosser was being returned. At least twice, the start/stop button malfunctioned after turned off, the flosser started on it's own and the remaining water in tank sprayed over bathroom mirror, counter.

The 1st one purchased did not work at all. Amazon replaced it with a new one. 3 of the 4 heads that came with it leaked and were useless. About a month after using the flosser, it woke us up one night when it started all by it's self. I got up to turn it off, but it would not go off. I plugged it in to charge it and it stopped. But after I unplugged it, it continued to turn on all be it's self until it ran out of power. I am scared to recharge it, as I don't want is waking me up at all hours of the night. To be fair, I did purchase one of these flossers (not from Amazon) years ago, and I loved it. It just started looking like there was mold in the inner casing, and I didn't want to use it any more. It was a great flosser. I am not sure what happened to the quality over the past few years.

I thought I’ll try this item. The only thing is that I find water do dribble out your mouth a lot.
