I’m very happy I made this purchase. This donut cushion is made very well and it definitely delivers some hammie relief! I’ve been using it for a few weeks to keep pressure off some of the sensitive areas near my butt. So far the cushion has kept me elevated and has not flattened out at all. Last year, I’ve purchased a different donut cushion from a different company, but I was really disappointed with the foam (it flattened out within an hour) and the cloth material that was used for the cover (would become uncomfortably hot if I sat on it for more than about an hour or so).The liliyo doughnut cushion does not have any of these problems. The difference is night and day! I really like that they used a breathable mesh cover, allowing air/heat to pass through and not get trapped by the material. With the liliyo donut pillow, a hot cushion is no longer an issue. This is a MUST for anyone doing a hemmoroid treatment. I give it 2 thumbs up!
