It stopped working and there are no options to contact the seller. It’s been less than a year since I purchased it and now the red light comes on but there’s no power and the screen is completely non functional. SAVE YOUR MONEY- buy another brand. Also as I typed this, the AI review selected works well and workout effectiveness, even though my review said nothing to reflect that.

So initially I was disappointed when I opened the package and realized the remote was not in there. I completely place the blame on Amazon as I had purchased this as like new and had expected them to sell it to me as such. They were unable to help me but when I reached out to the company, they did not hesitate to send me a replacement remote free of charge. That customer service really showed they care! I purchased a different vibration plate before this one and it sounded like a small freight train starting up. The co-worker had this one and it was extremely silent but I was still nervous that I would somehow get the one that sounded like an oil rig starting up. The pink board is super cute and I was very excited about that. Immediately out of the box it started right up and it's pretty easy to figure out how to use. To my extreme delight, it is super quiet when you started up and even more quiet when you're standing on it. The last exercise plate I got also would literally rattle your teeth on level one. I was hoping for something that I could put under my desk to help with blood flow on my legs since I sit at a desk 8 hours a day. Level one on this one is absolutely perfect for that and is what you would expect a level one to be at in my opinion. I have multiple coworkers coming into use it and one actually bought it himself after trying it just one time. My lieutenant said it helped his hips and my captain stated that his feet felt better after using it. My chiropractor also said that she is completely on board with using an exercise board. I have noticed significant feelings of decompression in my lower back which is where my biggest problem is! I would highly recommend this. I haven't test it out the Bluetooth yet but that was a fun added feature. This is definitely something to incorporate into your daily work routine or workout routine lol.

Worked great for first 7 months and now only the lowest level of vibration works when manually setting the speed. Disappointed. Updated review: since some of the functionality was lost after 7 months, I have maybe used it 10x and now almost a year later it no longer works at all. So I’d say expect this machine to last 6 months if you use it daily.

I did a lot of research before choosing a vibration plate because there are so many models at wildly different prices. This one offered the features and power I wanted at a very reasonable price, and I’m extremely happy with my choice. The platform feels sturdy and stable while I’m standing on it. It has a great range of intensity levels, so I can keep it gentle when needed or turn it up surprisingly high when I want a stronger session. The controls make it easy to adjust the level as I go. I have lymphedema and regularly experience discomfort in my legs. I purchased this to support movement and circulation, and in my personal experience, using it has helped reduce some of that pain and stiffness. I’m not suggesting it treats lymphedema, but it has been a genuinely helpful wellness tool for me. I now use it every day because it’s convenient, takes very little effort to incorporate into my routine, and leaves my legs feeling better. For the price, sturdiness, intensity range, and frequency with which I use it, this has been an excellent purchase.

Initially pleased with purchase. Now after less than 5 months it won’t power on at all. Unfortunately, was not surprised the manufacturer on has a 30 day return/replacement warranty window on this product. Perhaps the one I received was defective. All I know is that after approximately 3 months the power to the device was intermittent and now will not turn on at all. I have tried all the basic troubleshooting (verify cable integrity, power source, securely connected, etc. Experiencing buyers remorse but perhaps something can be done to remedy this situation. Just my personal experience but be aware!

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She absolutely loves this thing. She likes it so much, she always makes me pack it on our RV camping vacations. She has commented that her circulation is better, and from my perspective, I have noticed her legs look much more toned than before. She said it is almost like a morning cup of coffee. It just starts her day off better. Seems to be very well put together. My wife likes it so much, I think we are planning on buying our daughter one for her birthday. Hope this helps. If your thinking about it, take the plunge and you will not regret the purchase.

The pad is spiked. If you want to use barefoot it can be intense. The remote only works if you hold it directly next to the machine which sort of defeats the purpose. Timer only goes to 20 minutes. Also the part that displays the time and volume is very sensitive. If you touch it accidentally it will turn off which happens almost every time I use it if I sit on it or lay my legs across it. Placing a blanket on the machine helps avoid this. I’m also not a fan of the remote. The plus is on the left not the right. It just doesn’t seem intuitive. All that aside I’m using it daily. Helping with balance, circulation, lymphatic and my cellulite. My husband even uses it now. He gets a lot of fluid trapped in feet and legs. He says it “tickles” his legs. I had to build up to my time on the machine. At first 2 mins. Now I can do 40- all different exercises and upper body work. Even laying on my back. It works your whole body! I for a cramp in my side when I was using it!

Works well, except the remote does not work, making it inconvenient to turn on/off or adjust UPDATE: Company did reach out about the issue, however their process to resolve apparently involved me first PURCHASING another remote from them, which they said they would then refund me for along with a partial refund. I feel as though if there is an issue with their product, a refund should be issued and the issue addressed without me having to front further money and jump through these hoops. Appreciate the customer service follow up, however the suggested resolution gets 1 star

I was quite unsure and kept thinking for weeks but I am happy with this purchase. Really helpful in cramps, aches and pains. Ease into it slowly and increase speed and time. It’s a full body rejuvenator.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.

Does the job well. Been using since 6 months. Works perfectly and is sturdy too.
