Cutluxe Carving Knife Set, Brisket Slicing & Boning Knife for Meat & BBQ

This product was a pleasant surprise regarding the quality of the steel, at a higher Rockwell score than one of the best knife brands on the market and at a cheaper price. Cutting edge was razor sharp out of the box and able to cut arm hair, balance in your hand is good, very comfortable. The only downside is that I think the honing steel could be a finer grit closer to 1,000 grit. Well worth the price

Very nice knife set, sharp, great for cutting brisket or roast.

These knives have decent weight. Very sharp and easy to use. I like the grip, size and they are safe to use just remember what knives do 😊

Very well made knives excellent!

I’m not a knife snob and can’t justify $300 knives on my budget, but I am familiar with and use decent kitchen blades like Mercer. That said, these are extremely sharp, and seem to be decent value for the price point. The long slicing knife is nicely stiff and cuts a brisket, tri tip, corned beef, etc as thin and smoothly as I’ve ever used. The shorter knife in this set is my new favorite for trimming fat or slicing tomatoes. Sharp and cuts like butter. It puts my former “good knife” to shame. I’ll see how long they hold their edge, but with a month in with regular use, I’m pleased.

Great knives! Nice and sharp and we were able to slice super thin pieces of tri-tip that everyone loved!

These knives feel good to the hand and a really reasonable price. We haven’t used yet as we are still building our smoker. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. Will update when actually cutting meat.

These knives are sharp, and so far they work great. I can recommend them to you. I’m a knife guy. You can’t have to many. I needed something that was long enough to slice through a large brisket, it does.

Très bonne qualité ! Je recommande
