Corporation of America P Aburi Grill Plate CB-P-AM3 P, M, Black

I bought this grill accessory for my Iwatani gas stove so we could have yakiniku at home. It appears to be well made with steel and finished off with an enamel coating. The product provides clear instructions on how to use it and we used the grill as instructed. After a single use , the enamelware on the central grill plating started to come off exposing the steel underneath. The day after, the exposed steel started to react with the open air to form a coating of rust. After reading through a separate leaflet in English, there's a disclaimer and health hazard warning advising materials used to produce the grill may be classed as a carcinogenic under the state law of California. Safe to say, I requested a refund for the grill. I haven't heard anything from Amazon yet, so we'll will see what happens. So we're concerned that Amazon would offer this product for sale considering the manufacturer's upfront admission the product may be a health hazard. I wouldn't take the risk and buy it.

If you live in an apartment and dislike that you can’t have a bbq grill, this is a game changer. I can’t recommend this product more. It cooks well, and heats up fast. I use it with the Slim model burner, from the same brand. The butane cassettes the stoves take are easy to get at Walmart, and are very affordable. I couldn’t recommend it more. Just use it near a window and maybe put a fan on if you’re cooking anything very fatty because it may smoke, even with the water.

The material appears to be sturdy. Pairs nicely with the Iwatani Yakiniku Pan with the added bonus that it works really well to provide heat to prepping smores without the camp fire. :-)

Item as described. Good quality. Great alternative for charcoal grill. It is not advisable to use for indoor as it produces smoke, as if you are like grilling using charcoal.

The box it arrived in was damaged. But the product is great.
