The "Crazy Horse" or "Apache" leather is oil-tanned and does not have a high gloss polyurathane coating like many synthetic commercial leathers. This does mean that the leather will pick up more nicks & scratches but that just adds to the character of your item. You can "soften" scratches and nicks by rubbing them out (your thumb and some elbow grease works pretty well).Tips：1."Crazy Horse" is easier to be scratched than other leather, if you don't mind, it is the ideal choice for making vintage style look. But if you do mind, please do not buy it!2.Inevitably, there is slight odor of Crazy Horse Bag. Please unroll and put it at cool, dry and ventilated place for more than 24 hours. Are the colors on the website exact color matches to the product I'll receive?Answer：We make every effort to accurately represent product colors. However, due to the nature of printed materials and computer monitors, the actual color of products may vary slightly.
