How do I use a solar charger to charge Anker SOLIX C1000?

- Use an 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. - For 11-32V, the supported current is 10A max. - For 32-60V, the supported current is 12.5A max. - For best compatibility, use these Anker solar panel series: PS100, PS200, or PS400.

I bought a bundle, but only received one item.

If you purchase a bundle, you may receive multiple packages from different carriers. Please don't panic if you have only received one item. Kindly wait for another 2-3 business days.

How do I use the Anker app?

- Connect to a network before using the app for the first time. - After connecting, connect the power station to off-grid devices via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

Why can't the car charger port charge my device less than 120W?

Please ensure that you first insert the car charging device and then turn on the car charger button switch to initiate charging. Failure to do so may trigger overload protection.

How do I activate SurgePad on Anker SOLIX C1000？

SurgePad activates when total output exceeds rate output. Heat-generating devices work best. SurgePad does not support precision instruments and other devices with voltage protection or a strict voltage requirement.
