Kingston HyperX FURY 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - Black (HX316C10FB/4)

I bought one of these after I was getting bluescreens and crashes on my fairly new RAM stick. It shipped pretty quick, and I didn't have to wait long to fix my computer, a budget gaming rig that I'm very proud of. I'd installed Memtest86 to check my old RAM, and it turns out it had quite a few bad parts. When I got the HyperX in, I popped the old one out, put the new one in, smoothed things out, then ran Memtest so I could send it back immediately if I found anything wrong, as I didn't want to have to go through the same thing again. No errors, great performance. I expected as much, as these were factory tested, and my older one wasn't. I'm not going to say what the older RAM was, because I'm sure it was just coincidence that it was faulty. Lesson learned, I guess. Make sure it's factory tested, then do it yourself when you get it.

Works well, looks nice, installs easy. What more can I say? I bought this and ended up not needing it for my personal computer, so I installed it in my computer at work that only had 2gb of ram. Instantly sped up the computer quite a bit. I trust Kingston products, as I have also bought a few memory cards for a dslr that are also great products. Would buy again and recommend!

After upgrading to Windows 10 I noticed I was seeing more memory leaks in my applications, whether it's the applications or windows I cannot fully determine, all I know is that prior to the update I was fine with the limited 4gb in my system, after the upgrade I was running low on many occasions. After adding the HyperX 4gb stick I have found my memory to hover around 45% which would have been pushing it with just 4gb but is fine with 8 now. I wish I would have purchased the 8gb stick but for now the 4gb is sufficient.

Clearance has been one of my main concerns in purchasing RAM. On my current computer build, I have a Cooler Master TPC812 CPU cooler with a fan that goes above 2 of the RAM slots. These are just the perfect height and have no clearance issues with them. I really like the color options they come in to match whatever theme you are going for. Definitely, I would recommend this product. It looks great, works great*, and good price for the performance. Ordered four of these bad boys to upgrade my system and I am glad they run at 1600MHz out of the box. *However, 1 of the 4 came DOA. A little disappointed, but like with anything else in the world, sometimes it happens. Just waiting on a replacement and will update upon receiving. ***Update*** 05/29/14 - Recieved replacement, speedy exchange and all is well. 16GB in the computer working well. Huzzah!

I have about 8gb worth and I can play a lot of things at around 50fps(mid graphical setting) while having other app/programs going in the back with no slow down. I say if youre on a budget grab some of these, and I promise you wont be sad. I would give it 5 stars, but I had 1 bad stick that shut my pc down, but Amazon sent a replacement in no time. Other than that BUY THEM <3

This memory made a difference in game play. Went from 8 GB (2x4) no-name ddr3 1333 to this 1600 (again 2x4) and I could see a noticeable smoothness in overall game play especially games like BeamNG that really push my graphics card to its limits. Its also cool that it has built in memory overclocking to about 1800MHz. Although I can't tell if its actually overclocking or not. Set BIOS speed to AUTO. After install, BIOS said speed was 1600Mhz. I noticed with the heat spreaders on the HyperX there is much less space between memory modules. That could be restricting cooling air flow between the modules. So they have heat spreaders to reduce heat, but are fatter so there is not much air flow between them. It is what it is.

This RAM is amazing! So many good things to say about it! *It's plug and play, so you need no drivers. *It looks beautiful, but I wouldn't consider it a reason to buy a memory. Who cares? This looks nice!!! *Great performance! *Nice price.

This is some of the best ram on the market. If you are worried about 1600mhz being too low I suggest doing some research. 1600mhz of ddr3 ram is plenty to game, edit, and do everything in between with! this is some of the highest preforming ram you can buy, and it is at an excellent price!

Rien à redire pour cette RAM HyperX DDR3 1600 MHz 4 GB en complément d'une autre. Achetée en 2019, toujours fonctionnelle, facile à installer, reconnue immédiatement par le système et la différence s'est faite sentir à l'utilisation de l'ordinateur, j'ai eu moins de crash de programmes.
