Do you have to use warm water or can you just use room-temperature filtered water?

It will be more comfortable using warm water that is close to body temperature. room temperature is going to be perceived as cool and so it might be a little uncomfortable, but not too bad.

I was using it 2 years ago and managed to use it properly but now after a 6 months gap i can't do this right-why?

How do you wash them? I’m having a hard tine because of the angle of the bottle and notice mold in all 3 of them.

I have only noticed mold when I left water inside and did not use the bottle for some time. If you don't plan to use it daily, I suggest that you empty the bottle and leave it too dry. Try a cotton swab to get the mold out of the tip, fill the bottle with soapy (dish soap) water and squirt through the top.

I have to replace my squeeze bottle every three months, do you have to replace this one.
