It needs to charge in the daylight.
So simple to use and it charges in the daylight and glows nicely in the dark. It’s a great addition to the HOTTUB.

Nice nighttime effect while doing their job
I have a couple of these and they put out a nice nighttime color show while effectively dispensing chlorine tabs throughout the day. I just wish my returns didn't keep them huddled together most of the time.
