Picture quality is great for the cost. It’s exactly what it says it is. It is way more vibrant than the previous 75hz model I had bought. It’s lightweight, easy to mount. The sound quality from the built in speakers is terrible but most are. I’m not sure anyone is using built in monitor speakers as the default option. The only complaint I might have is that the spacing between the plastic layers on the screen is slightly gapped so at the very edge corners things look like they are running off the screen.

One of my 24" monitors I use as part of my work setup died and I needed a replacement. This Sceptre 27" fit the bill nicely. Not only was it a welcome increase in screen real estate, but it also has very nice image quality. The picture is brighter than my older monitors and has great contrast. The whites are whiter and the blacks are darker. Text is sharp and clear running at 1920x1080 and colors are nicely represented. The VESA mount made it super simple to mount on my monitor arms. While I'm not using this for gaming, the high refresh rate and low response time provide a flicker free image that is easy on the eyes. I'm staring at three monitors for coding and web browsing all day. I wish the other two in my rig were as nice as this one. The Sceptre monitor is a bargain at this price and I may very well snap up another one while I can.

I picked this up for my WFH setup, and mounting and setup were both quick and easy. The biggest upgrade was the screen size—coming from a smaller monitor, it made a noticeable difference, especially when multitasking and working in Excel. The image quality is solid for everyday use, and it’s been reliable so far. It’s not a premium display, so don’t expect top-tier color accuracy, but for work purposes, it gets the job done well. Overall, this is a simple, affordable upgrade that improves productivity without overcomplicating things. Great option if you want more screen space for a home office setup.

High quality, easy to setup, affordable. Good colors, good contrast. Very convenient controls. It is about 1/2 thickness and 1/2 weight of my old LED Viewsonic display that I bought about 8 years ago. It can be mounted on the wall [there are 4 threaded holes on the back, but the mount is not included]. There are two drawbacks - 1) the stand is not rotating, which sometimes can be useful. 2) The sound is rather flat and does not have much of the bass. I guess you should not expect much from any build-in speakers. Overall I am very satisfied with the product.

Great product so far. Only downside is the barrel jack power cable that it uses. Picture quality is nice, pretty lightweight for the size.

8/1/25 been a week so far and satisfied with the quality of this BIG BEAUTIFUL monitor for the great low price. a few bits of advice/insights: for the price I paid for the monitor I got the extra Asurion coverage just in case it stops working after the Amazon return period. take into consideration all monitors can only go to the highest resolution offered IF your computer can go that high. if the monitor box says 4K but your computer can only go up to 1080 then that's what you will see = the better the graphics card and processor the better the resolution. do not touch the front screen at all since it is very delicate and can get damaged easily. adjust the monitor settings from your computer if it turns off to often. the built in speakers are not good so plan on buying great speakers if you want to listen to music at its best. all in all, i would recommend this monitor for those on a budget considering all i have mentioned in this review. i will update this review if there are any changes worth mentioning.

I bought this monitor as a secondary display for my setup, and overall the installation was pretty easy. Everything worked right out of the box, and for general use like YouTube, Discord, or multitasking, it does the job without any major issues. The size is good, and for the price it’s definitely usable if you just need an extra screen. But... there are a few drawbacks I noticed right away. The BIGGEST one is the ghosting. Whenever I drag windows like Discord or scroll through darker content, there’s a visible trail behind moving objects. In games, the motion clarity isn’t very ideal compared to an IPS monitor and darker scenes smear more than I expected. The stand also doesn’t offer much adjustment. The 100Hz refresh rate is nice to have and better than 60Hz and the overall image quality looks okay but just a bit brighter compared to my ASUS monitor. My recommendation for this monitor: use DP and tweak the monitor settings to reduce ghosting. Just keep in mind that because this is a VA panel and some ghosting will always be there it’s part of the panel technology and can’t be fully fixed This monitor is fine as a budget secondary screen but if you’re sensitive to motion blur or want better motion clarity you’ll definitely notice the limitations. It works, but it comes with compromises. If you want completely clean motion with no ghosting Id suggest going with an IPS monitor instead.
