Fits and sticks perfectly to the tile in my bathroom. I can't comment on how it holds something heavy since I am only using them for smaller items such as wash clothes and hand washed items.

Disappears on the wall. Especially on wall paper. Good if you don't want to see it. Hang my purse on it, so you know its strong...lol.

Great product! A little larger sticky around the hook than aesthetically I would like, but it's a fantastic product and worth it :)
