How much salt should I put in?

Iv tried both ways to grow shrimp.....I have used just the display tank water if you b have saltwater......and i also used regular salt. Both were about the same result. If you have a salinity tester best way is make your solution test it and add salt or water until you get the salinity thatbis best for the brine shrimp you buy, usually it will tell you on the bottle
