Are there side effects?

I have not noticed any bad side effects... The only thing I did notice is my bowel movements are more frequent & my digestion better.

Even though it's not been opened why can't I return like it said I could before it was ordered

is this plastic veggie cap or solid capsule?

This is not a solid capsule it has an outer surface but what it is made of I do not know . . . what is a plastic veggie cap made of and how can a human digest plastic?

Can you take these at night?

You can take it anytime.. All pre and probiotics are best on an empty stomach. But the truth is, I returned my bottle. It definitely didn't work as well as pre and probiotics half the price
