This is one of those products that does not need an elaborate review. During a painful flare-up, it provided fast, noticeable relief from the burning, irritation, and discomfort. The cream is easy to apply, and the aloe makes it feel soothing rather than harsh. A small amount goes a long way, and the larger 1.8-ounce tube is useful to keep on hand. It may not eliminate the underlying problem, but for temporary symptom relief, it has worked extremely well for me. A lifesaver product. Enough said.
