I bought these to replace newly bought cheaper speakers that were worthless. These speakers have good quality sound, and have USB power connection. This means that you only have to connect the USB, and sound input connections to the computer. The speakers then come on when the computer is on, and turn off when the computer is off. Very convenient.

I had BOSE with my previous computer, which I had for about 8 years. With my new computer, I can no longer use the "Old" (Lol-technology) BOSE speakers. I was worried these wouldn't hold, but they were BETTER THAN EXPECTED. We are very satisfied.
