It was just as advertised. The bag and pole were damaged and they immediately shipped new replacements after I sent them a picture. Great product.

Unfortunately, the image that I saw online is not what was delivered to me via mail. There was no clamp to hold the banner as pictured (and as other reviews stated). The top part did not work for holding my banner and I did not want to risk scratching up my banner to force it to work. Also, I expected the retractable part of the banner to be able to adjust to different heights within the specified range, it remained at the maximal height, which was too tall for my banner. The company quickly sent me a return label to return my product and I returned this banner stand for a higher quality banner stand that worked very well.

Works great for price- a little flimsier than what I have gotten in the past- but the price is right!

Instructions were not very detailed. I can't get it load like it is supposed to so it will retract. It only has one height that you can use. I thought the height was adjustable.
