hi, i'm looking forward to buy this product but can i ask how much water should go in for optimal use? thanks.

Depends on your own preference. Want an easy draw, use less water. Want a harder draw, use more. After using it a couple times you kinda get a feel for how much you should use. Hope this helps

Does this come apart so I can put ice in it ?

The ice cubes drop in the top. Held in place by the three dimples

What sizer replacement bowl do i need for this please.

Believe 16mm its rubbish though. Hope you got a good set of lungs
