This review is regarding omega 3 plus multivitamin As I can't give less ratings so I'm giving one star I don't know what did they do but after consuming it me and my friend got severe stomach ache and felt like vomiting so make sure to consult your doctor and I am consuming fish oil tablets and multivitamins for a long time and I don't have any allergies but this tablet gave severe stomach ache fishy burps n all is normal but what I felt after consuming it is not normal

I was looking for a supplement which has Omega 3 in combination with multivitamins so that i dont have to take 2 different pills. I am glad i found Zingavita. It has 100% RDA of multivitamins and quite effective. It has been a week that i started consuming this product and i can feel an elevation in my energy levels. Plus it is quite affordable. Will try other products also from Zingavita
