Would these work to keep a fridge door closed? Thanks

Yes I would think so especially the rectangle type, so long as they can be fitted securely.

What’s the diameter?

I have only used the rectangular type.

would these work to hold a to cabinet pull down door up

I see no reason as to why not. I would suggest using the rectangular type magnets. They are magnetically strong but more than one may be necessary.

Any good for a front door? Where I'll be using a smart deadlock, to keep the door closed when auto locking?

Certainly one of more of the magnets will hold the door in a closed position prior to formally locking the door shut.
