This was purchased for my son, it amazingly arrived at 5 am and he was able to use it at work. Worked perfectly, sturdy tool set and just what he needed.

The perfect tools you need for replacing this type of shock/strut. Reduces the frustration factor greatly and makes it possible to do the job.

Complete and ideal, except that there is no provision for using a torque wrench. This could be solved easily by adding a 1/2" square hole for the torque wrench in the handle of the ratchet handle close to the ratchet mechanism. I would give the kit 5 stars except for this. I use a crowsfoot wrench instead, as shown in the attached drawing.

Been in the automotive repair industry for 40 years, doing suspension work for the last 20 years and this is a must have tool.

I have more expensive Schwaben strut socket kits, but I needed a 14mm strut socket and a 5.2mm oblate female counter-holding socket for rear struts on a 2006 Nissan Sentra, and this kit was just the ticket. My expectations are usually not high for non-Taiwanese chinesium tools, but I was very pleasantly surprised with this good-looking Bilitools kit. It's a heavy kit for its size! While the pass-thru ratchet is not as tight and smooth as the one in my Schwaben kit, it works just fine for loosening and tightening struts while they are on my Branick 7600 strut machine. It allowed for easy removal of the strut nut on the old OE Nissan strut cartridge, and easy installation of the new KYB 341279 strut cartridge. This kit has everything most people need for working on foreign and domestic struts, at a decent price just under $100. I never use impact tools when working on struts, so I can't comment on how well it would hold up under impact usage (which I am pretty sure it is not designed for).

This is a great kit. It has everything you need to unscrew the top retainer nut on struts. For the times you can just zip the nut off with an air gun because the shaft is spinning, this kit has every possible type of bit for holding the shaft while turning the nut off, or on

It gets the job done, not used all the time, but if you are a DIYer, it'll save you a whole lot of time and money. I replaced several shocks, struts, tie rod ends, and ball joints on all my vehicles. They all have different sizes, so far it works for me.
