I was looking for something to keep my son entertained without screens, and I came across this punching bag. it’s perfect for letting him burn off all his energy, and he absolutely loved it. So much fun punching this thing!!! Was easy to assemble, air pump already included. All you need to do is to pump some air to enlarge the space in the base and fill it up either with to sand or water. Pump with air the small middle part and ten main punching thing. Product made out of good quality materials. So far no complaints.
