Is it easy to bend and move around in this back posture corrector?

the back posture corrector for women is designed to provide support to the lumbar region while allowing for ease of movement. It won't feel restrained, which suggests that bending and moving around should be relatively easy while wearing the corrector. The post corrector is described as adjustable, making it convenient and straightforward to wear. Additionally, the breathable mesh material used in its construction aims to prevent excessive heat and sweat buildup. The back brace for posture also incorporates flexible ABS support bars to assist in straightening the back and relieving pain in the shoulders and waist.

Does the back straightener posture corrector have support rods embedded into it?

Yes, the posture corrector has a support rod that runs down the center of the corrector.

How long is the maximum recommended wearing time?

I've forgotten what the 'recommended' time is, but I usually wear it about 4 hours a day. My thoughts-just what one is comfortable with. Not to be worn to bed.

Question would it be helpful to wear twice a day?

The instructions recommend wearing it 20-45 minutes per day and gradually increasing the time over several weeks. Two times a day is too much and your muscles will weaken and become dependent on the on the posture corrector.
