The little people are all the same size. You can fit them in your hand. I’d guess 3-4 inches? But thick. Perfect for toddlers to hold on to my 3 year old loves this little princess

My granddaughter loves the Little Mermaid movie so this was a no brainer to purchase. All my kids grew up with Little People toys. My only complaint is how hard it is to put the people in place. Too hard for a toddler so they always fall out. very frustrating for them
