Not flimsy
We order a fair few of these. We find them of good quality and not too flimsy. easy enough to fit.

Very slim for flush mounting
Well made. The door does not close flush and needs a little pressure to close

Easy installation access panel
I needed an inspection panel for access to a waste pipe. I purchased the review item and it was just what I wanted. Easily installed (fitted to plaster board boxing using grab adhesive) and doesn't look too obvious. I just need to paint the panel to match the boxing.

Well it’s Meh…
On one hand price wise this is much better than what you would pay in DIY stores (Wickes’ one was well above £20, B&Q’s similar one at £16 etc On the other hand, it’s a cheap plastic square, the hinges are hard to release, and even the panel’s frame doesn’t hermetically touch the ceiling (you have to press and possibly use a silicon gun to fill the gap). In conclusion, what you pay for - is what you get: an £11 plastic slab which essentially does the job but there are probably higher quality products you could use. * Bought the 30x30 one, and installed myself.

Great idea
After a shower waste failed I had to take up the lvt floor to gain access, a lot of work and cost, so after repairing I fitted one of these in the ceiling underneath the shower waste, now any future problems with waste can easily be dealt with and it doesn't stand out, Very neat. When fitting just be sure the hole isn't too tight as it will push the sides in and won't shut properly.
