Reapr XL Steel Ammo Can, Heavy Duty Locking Metal Storage Box, Airtight

I absolutely love this XL can. I recently picked up a jeep YJ and decided to switch out the old, busted jeep console out with this Can and it was a perfect for me. With a couple 5-inch L brackets (black ones from amazon) on the backside and a couple bolts and finder washers on the inside is works great. If you put the bolts low enough on the L bracket the foam padding it comes with blocks them perfectly that you don't even see them. Lockable with a simple pad lock, the black fits perfect in my black jeep for the rugged simple look I like and its huge inside especially compared to the old one. I thought the handles would rattle on the side, but it's sandwiched between the seats so it makes no noises at all granted I could have just cut off if it did lol. It's also perfect b/c it gives me a dry place to store my jacket I wear on days where its chilly in the mornings but 90 in the evenings at this time of year in case it rains as I don't have a hard top on. Note if you plan to do the same I have the corbeau seat bracket that lowers the driver seat but most importantly shifts the driver seat about 2 inches towards the door which really gives the can the perfect amount of space to open without dragging the lid on the sides of the seat. I think it would still work with no problem, but I think the lid will drag on the seats giving more resistance. Also, it's not tall enough for an armrest but doesn't bother me as I wouldn't want my arm resting on the metal anyways as its in a rough riding jeep and its low enough to not interfere with shifting gears.

Excellent choice for a dyi portable ammo can fire pit. Sturdy, spacious, and I like the handles on the side. The latch locks tightly and the lid hinge makes for easy removal of the lid. It's a little on the pricey side but I haven't seen an ammo can of similar size and quality for less.

Very solid product, physically and functionally. Clips sturdy and maintain high tension properly. Lid seal works (foam or rubber seal). Plenty of space inside. Handles oddly placed but functional and seem sturdy. I'd get more but don't have anything else to lock up.

Awesome ! Fits 1500 rounds of Speer Lawman .45 acp perfectly !! 👍

Very good ammo can. Seals tightly to keep out moisture (especially when using desiccant silica packs), sturdy metal construction, and lockable. Spacious interior can hold a whole lot of stuff. My only (minor) complaint is that the lid comes off too easily from the hinges when you open it. You just have to make sure that you're lifting the lid straight back and not pressing on the side. Could use a small tweak there, though. Handles aren't bad, but would prefer a top-mounted handle.

This is a very high quality ammo box, very similar to the ones we used in the service but better! After purchasing the first one, I have bought two others. Very thick and sturdy walls with an excellent seal & locking clip. This box is air tight & is stackable. It appears to follow military manufacturing specifications This is the only ammo box I will purchase in the future Well done! Keep up the great quality & don't minimize it for profit!

Very expensive but works for storage items I have and its lockable.

Really great quality worth the money. Love it
