Universal Monsters - 7” Scale Action Figure – 7" Ultimate Creature from the Black Lagoon (Color)

Excellent figure. Looks amazing, even up close. Articulation on the arms and legs is superb.

Neca does it again. I love this line they're beautifully sculpted and amazingly detailed. This has got to be one of the best in the line. He's so detailed from head to toe. The paint is perfect too. He's like a shrunken down version of the costume used in the film. The articulation is standard for Neca bit it gets the job done. He also includes lots of extra heads and hands for endless display possibilities.

I have quite a few of the NECA figurines (I know, they are considered action figures). Creature from the Black Lagoon is my favorite movie from that era and NECA's take doesn't let the character down. Extremely detailed, well painted (I opted for the color version), and actually stands pretty well. If you're a fan of the movie, you should definitely add this to your collection. (Especially if you are like me, who can't make models to save their life... this is an accessible, high-quality model for a decent price and it will save you the frustration of trying to figure out those darn vinyl model kits.)

NECA has done a terrific job bringing back some of the classic Universal Studios Monsters, both in color and black & white versions. Not since Sideshow Collectibles came out with their version in 2000 has there been a better version of The Creature. For this scale, NECA has made perhaps the most accurate version ever made. With alternate heads, hands and feet, there are many display options. The articulation is well-hidden on the figures body, arms and legs. Hopefully NECA will make a scenic display accessory for this great figure.

I bought this for a close friend who loves the older movies as well as the newer ones, maybe even more.He's started a collection of some characters from his favorites and was looking for this on his own.It's a very close replica of the monster character from the movie and is highly detailed.It comes with accessories of switchable faces and hands as shown.It's not a toy for a small child as small parts could be swallowed.This is a collectable for an adult to enjoy.It should last a long time as a collectable item if properly cared for and kept in a curior of some type away from pets and children.It was an excellent value for a collector to pick up.

What I've come to appreciate about all of the Neca figures I've collected, and I have 11 thus far, are the great sculpture details, and the articulation of the joints, hands, feet, knees, elbows, hips, etc. I would've liked to have seen a gill net, or maybe even a spear gun come with the creature, and then I would've given this a five, but otherwise he rocks.

Ésta figura es una de las más potentes de la colección Universal Monsters de NECA. La Criatura de la Laguna Negra es rica en detalles que la elevan a una figura premium. Los materiales son sólidos y a la vez lo suficientemente flexibles para darle juego al posarla. Las articulaciones funcionan bastante bien, aunque es recomendable aflojarlas un poco con agua caliente. En cuanto a estabilidad, se mantiene muy bien de pie. Es un 10/10, no dudes en invocarla para enriquecer tu colección.P.D. Si eres de lxs coleccionistas a quienes les importa la conservación del empaque, considera que al abrirla puede maltratarse la pestaña superior.

another great monster collectible. the details and articulation is more than one would expect from this little figurine. the paint job is well done and captivating. a great addition to any collection!
