I was searching for waist cinchers and I finally found this one that was priced right and looked like a good quality. Initially, I ordered a large because I wanted it to have a tight fit and not end up on the second or third hook of the XL because I thought that would be a waste. Even though it said it would run small and to get a bigger size, I went and ordered it anyway. I am telling you please measure yourself before you buy this! Don't go off a guess like I did because when I got it I could only get 3 hooks on no matter how much I squeezed. So I went back and ordered an XL, and sure enough it fit perfectly. I did not even bother sending the large back because the upside of ordering the wrong size is that you already have it when you are ready to size down. So far I have only had it for a short time and I love. It fit snugly and comfortably better than I expected. It is so easy to do everyday things like bending it sitting without any kind of discomfort whatsoever. I am so happy that it also improves my posture incredibly and even gives my breasts a nice lift. It feels so great to be able to fit into t-shirts I have not been able to wear in a long time. The only downside of this product is the smell. I don't know how people can say that the strong latex smell is not bad because I am not kidding it is HORRENDOUS. When I first got it out of the package, I wore it for about an hour tops just to try it out. After I took it off, I noticed that the smell was all over me and it lingered for hours after! It was all over my hands, somehow got in my hair, and the t-shirt and sweatshirt I was wearing smelled so bad of latex. My family also said that I smelled like a skunk and others said I smelt like weed, and not going to lie I was picking that up too. I know that when I wear it in public from now on I am going to spray some perfume or something. However, I think it will fade over time and get less strong. Otherwise, I love the product and I hope that it will really help with my belly fat.

Order your true shirt size!! So many people complain about the sizing issues. I originally ordered the Large as I'm 5'2 148lbs and my waist relaxed is 37" around belly button. It fit nicely and very easy to get on. I figured, whats the point of it being a cincher if it's not tight? So I sent it back for a medium. My shirt size is medium and on some brands a large but only because I am busty. The medium size took me about 5 minutes to completely hook. I started from the top and worked my way down. After about 2/3 days, it was easier to get on because I was already shrinking and I knew how to put it on the right way. I am truly in love with this cincher. I get so many complements that I have gotten 2 other people to purchase the same exact one. I lost about 2 inches after a month of continued use for 8+ hours a day. I was able to get it to the second set of hooks. Someone mentioned that they felt like it was only because the actual cincher was just stretching from frequent use. NOT true! I stopped using it for 3 weeks and felt it was just as tight as the day I got it and I had to go back to the first set of hooks. I did get a little irritation on my skin after a while as it does make you sweat a little in that area. This is the reason I stopped wearing it for 3 weeks. My skin was red, bumpy and itching. Now I just wear a camisole under it. I love my Ann Chery 2021 Faja!!!!!

Awesome waist trainer, no one has noticed I'm wearing it. What folks around me have noticed is that my figure looks great! I recommend you get 1 size up from what you are accustomed to buying. I'm 5'6" 138 lbs normal length torso, rather broad ribcage and I wear a large. For the first week of wearing I accustomed myself to the first row. By week (2) I was able to fasten it to the third and tightest row. I don't believe I will ever fot a medium due to the size of my ribcage. Now... it IS going to be a little uncomfortable for the first few days. But you'll be surprised how used to it you become. It improves your posture, it lifts up you bust, and it will definitely cinch the waist. If you are shorter in stature, I would strongly recommend that you purchase the short torso variety. Otherwise you may have the "bones" poking you under the boobs all day, or just find it difficult to sit comfortably. If you are serious about cinching in your waist, I would strongly recommend this product. If you aren't very serious, I suggest that you pass a perhaps purchase a more comfortable breathable girdle. This waist trainer does get hot, it forces your posture straight, its tight, and you're not going to feel like its not on. I will say this, its much more effective than any cloth girdle that gives out in about a week and still shows of your tummy. This is boned latex (lined with fabric on the skin side). You will feel like you have it on because it is doing it's job applying resistance to fat bulges, if you didn't feel like you had it on it would be comfortably conforming WITH the fat. One last thing, sometimes while wearing this you will get a little fat flap escaping from under or the back of your upper arms. This merely is escaped fat. With this type of compression the fat needs somewhere to go. I reduce this effect by wearing a good quality "no side boob" bra which is designed to keep this in. Good luck! : )

At first I got size 40/ XXL and I weigh 164/ 5'7". but it felt too lose and i was already in the last row of hools so I returned it and got the 38 XL. I love this trainer!!! You can definitely tell your wearing something but It's pretty unnoticeable under clothing, which is nice. I love that it's the real Ann Chery brand because there are a lot of knock offs out there so you will be getting the real thing! It starts right under your bra and goes all the way to your hips so its pretty long too. I have ordered other trainers before and this one holds me in better than others. It even helps me eat less because Its so tight you don't want to finish your meal! If you order this I guarantee you wont be disappointed (unless you get the wrong size of course, so be careful about that ) I hope this helps! **UPDATE ** ( 2 weeks later ) Thank the heavens everyone was right!!! Before buying this I kept thinking... ok, this is worth a shot I guess, even though I don't want to lose money, at this point I'm gonna go for it. It's amazing the results. All these people kept saying they were losing like 2 or more inches off their waist and I thought yeah right its not that easy. Well YES IT IS!!! I've worn mine for 2 weeks and watched just a little of what I was eating ( I love to eat BTW) and I'm a 30 inch waist down from a 33!!! I look incredible!!! I hope this isn't vain but I'm so shocked from the results that I wish I had a belly shirt to walk around in just so I can show it off, lol! Sorry, it's been a While since I felt good about my waist :) I put my slimming cream on then wrap an ace bandage then put on my waist trainer and wear it as long as I can stand it ( you get used to it trust me ) I'm not even working out and I've lost weight!!! I just wanted to share with every woman (or man) and let you know how miraculous this is! I know that corsets have been around for quite some time but I never got into the trend until now. I am a true believer!!! I will always have one of these babies on hand as long as I live! You will not be disappointed! I'd never heard of waist cinchers until my dietician told me about them. I was telling her how I wanted to improve my posture and was trying different types of exercises to help straighten me up. She told me that a waist cincher could help since we tend to slouch during the day while doing our everyday activity. I ordered this product when I got home and within two days I received it. At first glance, I thought Angelina Jolie in Mr. & Mrs Smith and second there's no way this is going to fit me. Well, after a bit of stretching and maneuvering I was able to get all the hooks in place (2nd row) and boy did I feel sexy. This baby will not let you slouch. I wore this around the house all day without any discomfort at all. Went I sat down to watch a little bit of TV this made you sit up straight. Now I know why those women on Downtown Abby have perfect posture, they must wear a cincher under their garment. I am 5'3 and 142 lbs and got the size 36. I am able to hook into place on the second row very comfortably and as I lose weight I still have another row to get into. Oh I forgot to mention, I've been doing Doug Robertson's series of "The perfect bum" also on Amazon Videos and after months of doing his series I can honestly say my bum is amazing!!!! I now love wearing pencil skirts to show off my bum but still having to wear longer sweaters or shirts to hide the muffin top.....I'm having a hard time getting rid of. I wondered if the cincher could help hide my muffin top so that I could wear these skirts with a top that wouldn't hide the shape of my bum. I put on the cincher, put on the skirt, and put on a t-shirt that I could tuck in and "wowza" the muffin top completely gone!!! The cut and style of the cincher was well thought out. It's a bit longer in the front so it hides and flattens the tummy and the back is cut a bit higher so you can still see the shape of the bum. UPDATE 10/3/17 Worked great. Only complaint is over time it loses shape and the hooks slowly broke 1 by 1. Also this is not a girdle. It makes you sweat. I wore this after a Tummytuck/Lipo surgery over my compression garment and it was great initially. But over time it became looser because it began to lose its shape and also fold and looked like you had rolls. But it was cheap and worth it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: from 5/17 Wow. This exceeded my expations. Firstly let me say this.... I never believed these actually work. My 17 year old niece started to wear one and I noticed a major change. She didn't have it on and I thought she was wearing it. It didn't even take long at all. So I got one and didn't plan to wear it until after I lost weight but tried it on anyway. It was ugh but I noticed a change the same day.... 3 days later people were staring left and right.... Now when I take it off it looks as if I'm still wearing it. I recommend it. The latex is strong and works as a great girdle but also makes you lose inches in the right places. Can't explain it but it work.

Ok at first I bought this too small- no matter what measure your waist and bust, I got a small but needed medium. I fell in love with it from the first open though, even with it being too small and knowingly having to return it. I guess I was just happy to see authenticity, and GREAT quality material at first glance. I've done my fair share of research on these things, and Ann Chery is amongst the best of the best specifically the 2021. The delivery was fast the first time, I paid for faster shipping the second time around because I just couldn't wait to have it back and try it out!! I will say, I put it on- bottom to top- and it was love. Just like that. My search for a good one of these is over! I just highly recommend measuring yourself. Seems to run a tad bit small BUT overall everything about it is wonderful. It does smell like latex so if your allergic.... This isn't for you. You cannot smell it after you put it on though so it really doesn't bother me. It's not pungent.. Working out: I wouldn't work out in this one. For this cincher I'm using a 4d slimming and caffeine cream, glad cling wrap (wrapped around waist after creaming up), and then I put on my 2021. I have a separate cincher for working out- and you should too because this one is latex- therefore, it has the ability of stretching out. Anyways, one gigantic story short, this product is a 10. First, I love this thing. Breathing can be a little difficult at first but it gets easier. I thought long and hard about this purchase. I was going to buy the vest but thought to start out with the cincher because of the size issues everyone seems to have. One thing I wished I read in the reviews was exact size measurements and what size product worked. So here goes: I am 5'6", 4 months post partum after a c section, I gained over 50 lbs during my pregnancy and have down to about 160, (about 15 or so to go!), I was lucky and gained my weight all over, so its not all in my belly. My measurement are 32 inches at the smallest part of my waist, 34 at bust, and 42 at true hips (when measuring your hips for their measurements, go for your pelvic bone, not your actual hips.) when I first looked at the belt, I didn't think it would fit. I had about 5 inches of space between the hooks, but I thought might as well try. So it took about 15 minutes, some huffing and puffing, and a choice word or two, but I got it on. It looked great. I could breathe and move. I am thrilled with the size and fit. Product is of awesome quality, shipping was fast, and I will order the vest as soon as I can get into a small. Good luck people!

Very happy with this purchase, it is definitely an authentic ann chery waist trainer. The latex is strong and not very stretchy (which is how a good waist trainer should be) so make sure you get the right size or it will be hard to get on. Generally the first few times you wear it, it should be quite difficult to get on. I sized down from a small nutrim waist trainer to this one in an XS I almost didn’t think it was going to fit but I just sucked in my stomach and i was able to get it! I’m cinched to the gods now! I definitely like this one a lot better than my nutrim waist trainers and my Ann Michell waist trainer (purchased on angel curves and won’t ever again) A great thing about this one is they send it in a box so the boning doesn’t get bent during shipment which was a huge problem I had with previous waist trainers. Don’t waste your money on angelcurves this is the real deal!
