My rabbit loves this bedding and it absolutely helps with odors.

They popcorn with excitement when its being changed and love foraging for the rose petal buds in the bedding itself. They even wheek when I'm storing the bag. It does have a rose scent and is good for odor control. It arrives direct from the company in a couple days Its no more or less cost effective that and other paper bedding out there (unless you're really getting some cheap stuff which in my experience has a lot more dust) what it does have is actual flower petals, minimal dust, and it really is very soft!!

Lavender is one of my top three favorite scents, so of course I chose this one when making my purchase, however it is a bit overwhelming even for me, and especially too much for putting in my rats cage as a bedding staple. But I found that if I used it as an accent to their plain white, unscented variety then it helped to make things smell nice, and look so pretty with the bits of purple pieces, but not irritate my rats sensitive senses. The bedding itself has a nice absorbency, which I quickly learned when I overturned a water bowl onto it when I was putting it in the cage. It fluffs to a HUGE amount when taken out of the compressed bag. You don't need much to fill the bottom of their cage with a fluffy foraging base, (and as I mentioned above, I mixed mine with mostly unscented white bedding, then added a hefty handful of this lavender scented bedding.) Great value for the money, one highly condensed bag of this bedding will last my rattos for a very long time, even with weekly clean ups and top-off and monthly deep cleaning and replacement. I would buy it again, and actually I have bought more of Small Pet Select brand of beddings since buying this lavender one.

Love the quality, texture and the amount you get in one bag! I would recommend to those who have hamsters! You definitely get your moneys worth!

This paper bedding with rose infusion makes my bunny smell awesome and eliminate order from urine and stool so well! The shreds are large and really soft, like the paper has been brushed and put in a dryer with a rose scented dryer sheet. Been buying for 6 months and won't stop. I have tried so many kinds Kaytee, Carefresh and Penn Plax.........this is by far superior and worth the money.

This product is exactly as expected, shredded tissue paper scented with lavender. My house rabbit did not like to use it as bedding or litter. It is not very absorbent and does not deodorize urine. It is messy, stuck to his fur and tracked all around, which made a mess in the house as he is a free roaming pet. It was hard to clean out of his litter pans even though I clean them twice a day. I switched to kiln dried pine pellets for litter and his potty habits improved immediately and dramatically. They also deodorize well and are far more absorbent than tissue. He always preferred fleece blankets or his hay to lay on anyway, so he didn’t miss the tissue a bit and there was zero transitional period. It may be better for other small pets, but I do not recommend using this product for rabbits.
