Will this battery work with the armma outcast 1/8 scale?

They will work but they're soft packs. For best performance and safety of the battery get hard case packs. I have these packs but they're being used in an 12s RC Helicopter.

Are these waterproof?

NO Lipo battery is waterproof. If they are submerged they will short out and then blow up!
