Very informative book

So clear and easy to follow
I had the original book years ago. But with a lot more information to wade through. So when I saw this thinner, more easy to follow version I thought for that price Iโd give it a try. It concentrates more on naming the foodsโฆperfect for me. To make it even easier for when Iโm shopping I cut the top corners off the food listsโฆand I highlighted the foodsโฆred for donโt buy, yellow for eat in moderation and green for go for! For me itโs a 10/10, and a big thank you.

Easy to use and refer to , to enable you to focus on the foods that benefit you the most. It's also easy to identify those that aren't going to do you any good.

Now a copy all of my own
I borrowed this book from a friend and had to buy a copy for my own bookshelf. I had given up meat for lent (2012) on a bet and then having borrowed this book found that I'm meant to be a vegetarian! I have to say I have not gone back since (Oct 2012). Now on the rare occasion I do eat meat (as a major example) I really notice the effects. BUt even less severe than cutting meat from my diet, just by cutting out oranges and tomatoes I have removed all incidences of indegestion. Well worth a read even if you only implement some of the changes you'll notice a difference I'm sure

The Eat Right For Your Type and Live Right For Your Type books are good to read, to gain an understanding of the founding principles and approach of this sensible, scientifically proven approach to diet, nutrition and lifestyle. However, as food, drink and supplement lists are constantly updated, the book was out of date as soon as it was published. Much better to visit the website for the latest, up to date information. Also worth noting that as well as knowing your blood type, it's worth knowing if you are a secretor or non-secretor to be able to tailor your plan accordingly. Tests are available from the website to establish this.

Just as expected...
I bought this book after reading all the info I could find online and wanted more specific help for my blood type. As a trainer, I often hear people complain of diets not working and the extremes they have or will go to in order to reach their desired weight/size etc. This method of eating right blood type should be the foundation of any diet/food plan for anyone who wishes to look, feel, and live to the best of their potential. I recommend this to everyone and will continue to. As an athlete and mother of 4 (3 O types and 1 A type), I will continue to try new ways to incorporate this fantastic way of living and enjoy getting creative with foods that both please the tongue and the stomach.

its spot on , amazing , feel much better now followed the recipeis for bloodtype
amazing how the scientific research, everything it said about my blood type that i shouldnt eat, or should eat, and what it said about exercise should do and diesieses prone to for blood type was astounded how accurate is and explaines theories behind it feel i know my body better because of it and feel better because of it.

I do follow Dr.Adamo for a while (twenty years, more or less) and found his books not very interesting only but very helpful also. Thanks doctor Peter J. D'Adamo.

Excellent book
This is a Good way tรด follow a diet based on tour blood type and explain for me why some sort of foods do not work well tรด my body. It was write easly.
