Incredible nonstick pan.
The nonstick coating on this pan is superior. It’s a great size, evenly heats and cooks, and is very durable. It never takes me longer than a minute or two to clean either, since the nonstick coating truly protects the pan’s integrity. It’s deep enough to boil and act as a sauce pan as well. You can see in the photo I provided that the egg easily pulls away from the pan. I didn’t even use any nonstick spray! Overall great pan.

I love this frying pan!
I bought a new glass top stove, so out with the cast iron frying pan! I really missed it and didn't have good results with the stainless steel pan, so looked at Amazon for something I could use on the glass top stove. I have been VERY pleased with this pan. I made an omelet for the first time since I've had the new stove, and it came out so nice! No trouble turning it over at all, and I made fried chicken in it last evening. Cleaning is so easy. Food does not stick to it. I just put about a teaspoon of good oil in the pan before cooking.

Best pan I’ve ever bought
I never take the time to take a video of anything I buy (and I buy a lot of stuff) so that alone should tell you how impressed I am. Aside from being aesthetically pleasing, and not coated in chemicals, it’s the most non-sticky cookware I’ve ever purchased. I was worried the white enamel would stain, but after a few uses it seems impossible to stain or get anything to stick even a little bit. I’ll update if it begins to break down in the future

Pretty little pan
Love the looks of this. But when you use it almost everyday it gets hard to clean on the bottom. I thought the ceramic would last longer than it did. It has alot of scratches in it. Which then you shouldnt use it. I do use a metal spatula for no toxins so I know it says not to. Good pan if you only use silicone or plastic utensils with it.

Truly nonstick
I'll keep this short and sweet. I've tried several "nonstick" pans before but this is the only one that has lived up to the claim so far. Nothing has stuck. I also like the flat bottom it is easier to clean compared to pans that have ridges or any significant texture on the bottom. Helpful hint: Never use nonstick spray on nonstick pans. The lecithin will eat away at the coating. If you want to use something for additional nonstick fortification or other reason, get your oil of choice and pour it yourself into spray or mist bottles you can get made for oil. Or use butter or crisco hey whatever it is that's your go-to use that...just not PAM or other premade spray unless it says it's 100% oil. Bonus points because it's pretty.

Best Pan Ever
I almost gifted this because I didn't like it when I opened it. Once I tried it I fell in love with it and use it for stir fry veggies and then tried it with other dishes. It is now my favorite pan. Super easy to clean. So glad I bought this pan.

Excellent Nonstick Pan
I recently purchased the eggshell colored Redchef Ceramic Non Stick Frying Pan. The size of the pan I would call it a 11 inch not 11.5. Hight of sides 2" Handles description says wood but they are soft maybe wood dipped in silcone or bakelite. Food effortlessly slides off the Non-Stick Coating surface. I had the pan 2 weeks and no issues. Seasoning your Redchef Ceramic Non Stick Frying Pan is essential to maximize its benefits, increase its lifespan, and enhance your cooking experience. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to season your ceramic pan: Clean the Pan: . Avoid scrubbing it with an abrasive brush or sponge, as it may damage its surface. Apply Oil to the Surface: Add a few drops of oil (such as vegetable oil, peanut oil, grapeseed oil, or canola oil) to the pan. Use a paper towel to spread the oil evenly across the entire surface. Ensure that the entire pan surface is coated well. Note: The oil you use must have a high smoking point. Avoid coating spray and olive oil, as their smoking points are low. Heat the Pan: Place your ceramic pan on a stovetop burner and set it to medium heat. Wait until the oil heats up the heat. Let the oil heat slowly so that it can get absorbed into the surface of the pan as thoroughly as possible. Let It Cool

Assembly Required - Handle to Pan
While this is a nice looking frying pan, we returned it because it came without a handle. Rather, seller provided the handle separately, along with a type of screwdriver to use to attach it. Though not interested in a pan we have to assemble ourselves, did try for a minute to do so, only to be unable to make a tight, secure fit of the handle onto the pan...will not use a pan that has a wobbly handle. We do not see any mention of "self assemble handle" on the website, nor a picture or video that shows the pan without a handle. Sauce pan being returned for same reason.
