It’s a ruck plate…
Not really too much to say here. It’s a 30 pound weight plate. It fits into my Frontline Athletic 2.0 ruck bag just fine. It looks to be made well. It will help with my ruck workouts and the price was fair.

Good quality plate
Fits perfectly in my ruck and has no rough edges. Been rucking with this plate for 2 years. I highly recommend you get a ruck that has a plate sleeve.

Great for ruck marching.
It's a plate, not much to say honestly. Fits comfortably in the average rucksack and hiking bag, the weight is evenly distributed throughout, the carrying handle makes a great addition, big enough to get your hand through without sacrificing leverage.

Can’t beat the price
I chose this alternative because the GoRuck plates are almost double the price. Upone arrival, the 45 lb plate fit perfectly in my GoRuck 3.0 plate carrier as well as my Rucker 20L & 39L long range. Though the fit is tight, it’s perfect to keep the weight from shifting. Definitely would purchase again!

30 lb perfect for Rucker 4.0 long pocket
I believe this seller would probably sell a lot more of the 30 lb plates if they would actually post correct dimensions. The width posted is inaccurate, it's actually the same as the 45 lb plate. It's absolutely a perfect size for the Rucker 4.0 long pocket and at a great prize. I'm knocking off one star because it's 29.4 lbs and not 30 lbs as described. Also, the finish is meh with a ding on one side as shown in the picture. I'm personally not too concerned with that since I don't plan on taking it out but it's worth noting for those who might be using it for a different application.

Fits perfect in the back section of my hiking pack (LAPG Atlas 12 Hour). Exactly what I wanted for rucking, and much cheaper than many other similar products.
