how to sharpen sissors with edgemaker pro 331

You need to use the plastic edge of the handle next to the sharpening bar. It is difficult to describe, but by placing the scissors on the red handle it should become apparent how to place them for sharpening. The plastic handle will guide the scissor blade against the sharpening bar.

What is the difference between the yellow sharpener vs. The other colored sharpeners?

What sharpening angle is it set?

That I am not sure.....I do hunting, fish filet and use on everything.

Hold the sharpen on a counter top , prefer one with a square edge. Run the blade down the sharpener. DON'T cut your self .
