I received this in today and got it set up for my mom. I ordered this in excellent condition. This works perfectly. My mom is very impressed. She was skeptical it being renewed. I of course am always worried it won't work with our carrier but it did. I haven't seen anyone list their carrier but we go with Cricket. It works great. Just took the Sim out of the old one and put it in the new with no issues. This phone actually feels really good in your hand ir runs super smooth and actually feels super smooth. The quality is actually impressive for the price. A bit jealous even though I just got the Z Fold 5. 100% recommend if it supports your carrier. This is the best phone for this price range. The quality renewed i would have thought it would be $500 at least. If youre on the fence get this. You won't be disappointed.

This phone came with a few small scratches which I was not thrilled about but it was not a make or break for me. However, after using this phone for a month I noticed that the screen had more issues than just that. For one I had to clean the screen continously because it was more prone to smudges. Not to mention the screen had a really gritty and dry texture. I thought this would be easily fixed by using a screen protector. However, every screen protector I tried to put on it they would never completely attach correctly to the screen. It would either have bubbles that I couldn't get out or they would have these large dark spots. This is after trying three different brands of screen protectors. The biggest concern I had about the screen was when one morning I woke up to my screen having a lot of condensation. I have a very cold room due to having POTS so I have had all of my phones in my room for years and not one of them had this kind of problem. I also noticed that this phone had a lot of scratches on the case and even a big dent on the side. The phone I use to have was a Samsung Galaxy S10E. It was such a better phone than this one and half the price. I noticed that my S10E had a far superior camera than this phone as well. The pictures were very blurry and had terrible lighting, not to mention the video had terrible stability. I ended up sending this phone back. It just didn't feel worth the price. One of the good points of this phone was the set up and SD card insert. I had no problems with putting in my mint mobile card. I would not recommend this seller because it was not packed well and came with no charger or cord. I decided to buy a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G instead and couldn't be happier.

I purchased an unlocked phone listed in excellent condition. The phone was unlocked, and I was able to transfer all my data (contacts, images, apps, etc.) from my old Samsung device, so the setup took minutes. The speed and battery life, which were primary concerns, are excellent. I use the phone moderately with data, so I charge daily, the same as my previous phone. The wear on the phone was my only negative. I think it could have been much better considering it's listed in "excellent condition". I received a slip with the phone identifying its Dr Phone rating as "B". I reached out to the seller, and they said B was the best refurbished, while A ratings are for new phones. The few scratches are on one side of the screen and hard to see. Any other wear is covered by the case, except the wear around the charging port (that one is obvious from a distance, mainly because the phone is black, so the silver contrasts well).

This was a very nice refurbished phone. It arrived quickly, well packaged and looked to be new. Everything seems to be working well. Will look to purchase from this seller in thw future.

this was a replacement - our first phone had an issue and would not accept a charge. Had to take it in to Verizon to wipe our personal information off of it. Return was handled quickly and efficiently. This one has worked flawlessly. You would not know by looking at it that it wasn't brand new! So happy to be able to purchase a "used like new" phone from Amazon! You cannot beat the price, especially since my husband is a little hard on his phones!

Update: I tried again. This phone appears to be functioning perfectly. (Seems like it was supplied by a different "renewer" than the first one.) A couple very minor dings around the rim of the phone body, but can't even see them because I use a case.Originally: I think Amazon should reimburse me the difference in price (this one was about $15 more than the first one) because it wasn't my fault for needing to spend again/more. Their Customer Service is usually stellar, so I expect no issues. If I haven't updated this update, assume all went well.Update: Unexpectedly, I got pushback initially from Customer Service. Their policy, the agent said, is not to price-match items from 3rd-party sellers. OK, I get that, but that's a non-sequitur. YOU (Amazon) sold me a defective item the first time. YOU engage your suppliers, I don't. I buy from YOU. I shouldn't be penalized for YOUR bad business decision. I said the right thing to do is consider my lifetime customer value, not this one specific purchase (ask me how I'm aware of this concept in Big Retail), and not damage my loyalty. If, as YOUR tagline says, YOU are "Earth's most customer-centric company," then YOU should be paying this penalty, not me. The agent finally offered me the maximum "promotional certificate" he could--which amounted to the approximate price difference. Had the difference been greater, I would have escalated to a supervisor with more authority to make things right.First try: Item took longer to ship/arrive than stated in the listing. Then, come to find out, the camera was non-operational. Amazon Renewed Guarantee is supposed to include having been "professionally inspected" and "rigorously tested." Very disappointing. Will try again, hopefully not against my better judgement.

It was perfect the battery was amazing it was in excellent condition the screen had no scratches it looks amazing I'm happy with this phone I love the black color 😄😄

The phone arrived in excellent condition no scratches or visible damage at all, which was a relief considering it was a pre-owned unit.Performance-wise, this device is fast and smooth. Apps open quickly, multitasking is seamless, and the overall experience feels premium thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and optimized software. The camera quality is fantastic photos are sharp, clear, and vibrant. I also had no issues setting up fingerprint recognition or using the device to apply for a Canadian carrier plan, which worked flawlessly.The battery drains slightly faster than some of my other devices, but I haven’t used it long-term yet to fully judge it. Given the 3,900 mAh battery size, this seems fairly typical for this model and not a major concern in everyday use.It also came with a charger and cable, both in good condition. I personally use higher-quality ones, but it’s nice that they’re included and ready to use out of the box.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. I was concerned about buying a renewed phone. The condition was "Excellent". I was pleasantly surprised and relieved.The phone came repackaged and shrinkwrapped in a plain white box. It was well packed. It included brand new aftermarket charger unit and cable. It however did not include the SIM card tray pin (I found a pushpin to use).The physical condition of the phone was "near-new". There was a simple screen protector misaligned on the phone when I got it. It appeared new and added as a throw-in, but was misaligned poorly and of a low quality, so I threw it out.There was some minor rubbing on the mini-C usb, the only indication that this was even a used phone.I was slightly concerned about the phones temperature when I first charged it (received with 30% charge). It wasn't dangerously hot or anything, but noticeably hotter when charging. Given the used condition, this was concerning, but after a couple days, even with charging, the temperature isn't noticeably different. AI tells me this is due to the phone learning my habits to optimize charging / battery management.Overall. Pleased. The phone operates well, is of an obvious high quality, and is superior to my previous phone, which was a basic A16.

The phone is great! Came in really good condition with some markings around the corners but not a huge deal. Screen is in excellent condition. Over all the phone works very well.

Can't speak for all but mine was in good condition with only slight scratching around the charging port. Other than that it looked as good as new. Comes with a charging brick and cable. The phone itself is excellent and holds up really well even in 2026. Only kinda shortcoming of the phone is the battery (still pretty good) and the cameras are showing their age. Still a great deal!
