They make great sleeping pills
I was hoping this would help me with possible weight loss while I slept but the only thing I got out of it was it made a great sleeping pill. I didn't notice any weight loss when I got up in the morning but I did get a good night's sleep.

Not a miracle pill
I admit, I didn't read the ingredients before I started taking this. In fact, I didn't read them until I had been using it for a few weeks, and then only after perusing other reviews. I wanted to give this supplement a fair shot, not colored by what I HOPED would happen based on the ingredients and claims (you know, the tendency to want results so badly that you think something is working even if it isn't). I see that some people have noticed a difference, and I'm happy for them. Me though, not so much. Each 2 capsule "serving" contains 5mg of melatonin. While this might be good for some people, it does nothing to help me sleep. I've had luck in the past with sublingual 10mg melatonin tabs, but the ingredients in Bedtime Burn have made no difference. I also have not noticed any reduction in my late night munchy cravings. I'm still going for that bedtime bowl of Froot Loops (yeah, I know, might as well just eat a few ounces of sugar). Then there's the price. Even if it DID work to reduce my munchies and improve sleep, I'd have a hard time coughing up $40 a month. Half that, or maybe even $25, and I'd be much more inclined (as I think many people would) to continue using this. At a lower price, I might even buy it again in hopes that continuing use might improve the effects, but since I'm not seeing results, it's a moot point.

I lost my time with this pills
Being honest, I wanted to wait a few weeks to see the result and give my honest opinion about this product, but the truth is that it is not working and I feel like I wasted my time and money.I lead an active life, going to the gym four times a week and eating healthy, but honestly I don't see the result I expected, as I didn't want to put all my faith in this product because I wanted it to be an extra help, but I better go on with my normal life without using it.

Great product
Honestly, I was kind of skeptical at first but I do feel like I’ve lost a few lbs rather quickly. Helps with getting good sleep (for me anyways) and burn fat. It doesn't make you feel tired the next day which I absolutely love. I would recommend
