I bought this in November and is now March for my business and it has been working great! It came with a usb and inside was the instructions for different computers and for me it was easy to install. No issues. Customer service was great fast response and received 10 free receipt paper after purchase. Very satisfied with purchase. I even purchase the label maker in pink and love it.

Worked right out of the box. Very easy to set up.

Haven't used it yet but I've seen it run with my friend who runs a food truck. And he sprinting the receipts all day.

I spent HOURS trying to install this printer with a MAC computer and still couldn't do it. The included instructions are worthless (misspellings, broken English). So, I e-mailed tech support, and they provided a different set of instructions that still didn't work. I was on with Apple Tech support for over two hours and they couldn't make sense of it. This printer Is Not plug and play.

I have had this printer for several years. Replaced my Start TSP100 which lasted for well over 10 years. It prints fast, crisp, and quiet. Cut feature is nice. Install was difficult on our network. I suspect it is a driver and software issue. I have had to reinstall it a few times over the years and sometimes it is hard to find it on the network. Or, I can find it but it but Windows won't add it but we figure it out. It recently started jamming when printing and was almost impossible to get it to open to unjam it. It is time to buy a replacement. At almost half the price of a Star, it is a good value, but I got half the life. Tech support was pretty responsive and helpful, although not real-time. Generally you send a message and get a message response later which is a little frustrating when you are trying to ring up customers or need tech support to remote log-in and fix the problem. I haven't decided if I am going to get another one or switch back to Star. If the install issue was easier, I would easily give this a 5 star.

Its a good printer, good customer supporting

It was quickly delivered. I was having few doubts about the product but seller was quick on answering all my questions. Nice things about the product it is quick to set-up and easy to install. It has all the required feature which I was looking for. I am missing the following features and hope the next firmware can fix those. - Papercut option, right now it has setting on its software but doesn't allow you to set, left to right, right to left cut. It has by default right-left cut. - reduce the font size using the printer.

We got this one on a friend's recommendation but it does not work as well as our Epson. Drivers don't install as easy as most printers though once installed it does work ok.
