De cartridges zijn een stuk voordeliger dan de originele. Of ze net zo goed werken? Ik heb te weinig ervaring met de origenele om daarover te oordelen, maar het blijft absoluut nodig om de koffiemachine schoon te maken en te ontkalken. Philips is wel erg optimistisch over de levensduur, die haal je alleen bij leidingwater waar nauwelijks kalk inzit, bij gemiddeld kalkhoudend water gaan ze veel korter mee.
