Probably should give a 1 star, but I don't hate anything. First thing I noticed was greasy smudges on package and product box was not sealed and closure tabs had wrinkled edges, like it had already been opened. On opening I found it was missing the manual. I then Charged it, and turned on discovery. Don't remember which button I pushed. My computer (Windows 10 Asus) wouldn't find it, but my iphone did. Checked the audio. Sounded good. Turned it off, joining buds magnetically. Attempted to turn back on. Nothing. Plugged back in to USB to check charge status. No lights. No red, no Blue, which means fully charged. Would not turn back on on unplugging and separating buds. Nada! sent them back. Too bad, because for the two minutes I listened to them, they sounded really good.
